Esharan Monroe-Johnson
Executive Director
Esharan started at Love Literacy in 2016 as an Augustine Literacy Project® tutor and volunteer for the Reading Party parent education program. In 2017, she joined the staff as the Marketing and Development Director. Esharan has served in multiple roles at the organization and as Executive Director since 2020. Esharan holds a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling. She is married and has five children ages 18, 16, 13, 11, and 3 years old.
